Do they fit you straight on or you have to buy size bigger (like with Shimano for example)?

i'm a shimano 43 but i use a specialized BG footbed which really fills out the shoe. i have skinny feet and would possibly have a 43.5 if i wanted to wear thicker socks.
43 in shimano/sidi 44 in specialized shoes.
the sidi's are tighter across the front of the foot, they will stretch a bit but there is still enough toe room lengthwise. the heel cup thingy is great, will mean zero heel lift
I didn't ask what other sizes BC had, Geoffrey Butler cycles had some sidis on offer but nobody had the ergo's as cheap as brixton.
cycle surgery have the genius 6.6 white/silver on offer at the mo. next model down with a velcro strap replacing the twisty thing in the middle.
