what are delta cleats? pedals or cleats?

They're cleats for Look pedals. They attach to your shoe so you can clip in. Delta are the older types, Keo are newer design.

Has anybody got a spare back rack I could buy off them? I kind of need one for this weekend, and time has gone way quicker than I originally anticipated and still haven't had a chance to scout for one. Doesn't need to be anything flash or nothing?
