Hello all. I'm exactly the kind of person the nursery was created for! Loads of stupid questions which I've realised have sensible answers already on the forum (I've been browsing for quite a while).

I'm guessing this is the place to say hello. I'm about to make the transition from a bike with too many gears to a single speed.

Can't I just stay here? Feels lovely, comfortable and secure. Might venture into the big world to post eventually but at the moment would prefer to read rather than have some of the regulars call me a numpty and bite my head off.

They will do it even when you are a regular too, the difference is that if you come out and meet them youll make new friends who will do it lovingly.
But no pressure! Post where you feel the need, use the search function A LOT, try not to start threads and come drinking and riding. Youll be fine!

That said, i do like the nursery myself. The old boys tend to avoid it so we are safe here!
