Don't, they're shit compared with proper tyres. Get some Vittoria Open Corsa Evo or Veloflex Corsa if you want a good road tyre. Ultremos are as delicate as proper tyres but without the lovely ride and low rolling resistance. Schwalbe make great touring and city tyres, but they can't make race tyres.
