I leave my freshly painted frames a full week before final sanding and polishing and assembly, but that's me being an ex-painter, and not strictly necessary if it's in a warm place.
You should really leave them for at least 24 hours in a warm dry place, so the fan is a good idea. The only contact area will be the dropouts which get messed up anyway, so I wouldn't worry about it.
Spray your forks and install your brake the next day, when you take it off it'll have squished the paint right down to the frame... stuff's very soft for a long time.
