Tidy ! nice transformation just in time for summer fun !
-

Agreed, two tidy bikes ready for Summer.
Black one, very classy looking conversion - simple and understated, I like it.
Ricky, the Ward looks bang-on, very compact and purposeful. I never get bored of looking at bikes like this. I'm guessing the front brake is just for emergency use only, cos you wouldn't wanna mark that rim? -

Yeh thats the idea anyway. I would have liked to have run without but i don't trust myself or others for that matter ! haha
-
• #133
Know that feeling. My Viking looks so much sweeter sans front brake, but as you say.......

Looking lovely ricky... good to see it all built up!

Anyone know a tall, short-haired dude with a blue Vivalo fixed. Saw him ped-dodging on the pavement opposite Central station the other day. Bike looked pretty sweet from what I could see as it zipped past.

Well took me a but longer to post but here is my work of art. I thought the best way to learn fixing and building a bike would be to start from the frame and build it up. Made a few mistakes but its the only way to learn. Oh and its an old Raleigh Banana which I picked up for £30 of eBay and ain't spent to much other than the wheels which set me back £80.

Looks lush andy ! Get it finished !
bike looks sweeeeeeet matt! That frame is really nice. I'd say trim those bars down but I sort of like them in a weird, about to kill the person in front, way.
