Have you seen this picture? It's apparently a hipster bike that was sold to a totalitarian German from the East End who borrows mints or something. I don't really understand the semiaquatics or anything, but it's an amazing picture which deserves seeing, although possibly only by people who fish in the shadows or whatever:
