no all basic checks done - chainline fine, BB fine, cranks tight.
only thinki noticed is that perhaps the chainring is not quite concentric with the BB axle so chain tension varies a fraction...
my previous bike a langster had the same setup but did not make the same noise.. might speak to Pearson and see if I can exchange the freewheel to see if that makes a difference
