Your forks are quite weird looking upon it again. And it's difficult to judge something on one low res picture.

Sorry about the res it was the original pic posted when I purchased the bike. Should have uploaded new pics school boy error, seller must have had a strange arm set up handle bars are now sporting a normal look. Had to put the bike in for some tlc today, prob with bottom bracket and needs a wheel sorting. Won't get back until thurs next week when i'll post some better pics.
