In NL in every bike shop. I guess it's available all around the world.

These is a coasterbrake version (3, 4, 7, 8 speed) and a rollerbrake version.
The rollerbrake version is ALWAYS without brake, because the brake itself is a separate part.
So, you can ride it like it is, without the brake, or put on the original Shimano cosmetic cover cap.

Here, but also in Germany, you can get them new (maybe a dealer doesn't have it on stock, but basically able to order it for you) or second hand.
On Ebay they are quite popular, so the price for a 2nd hand model can be quite high.
