you want clincher or tub?
-

Clincher ideally, never had a tub but i'm after it so i can start a bit of casual training at Hearne Hill so i could always use a tub on the track and then swap it back for the road.

what's your budget? what are you looking for?

What about buying a pitlock?
It's non qr, acceptable for te track and your front wheel won't get nicked?

Budget up to 100 I reckon?
What's a pitlock?

Ah a great idea but i currently have a £20 decathlon special on the front so can't justify £50 on one of those, may aswell put the money into a decent wheel...

£50 is for the 3 of them, but yeah go for the proper track wheel

Huh, £50 for pitlocks! I got a pair Allen Key quick releases for about £10-£15 for security on a commuter but was able to use them to convert a front road tub wheel for track use no problem. Used it at Newport Velodrome, previously they made me tape up the road quick release as a temporary measure so I wouldn't have a wasted trip on my first session.

I have a black High Flange 700c Ambrosio track wheel, black laced to low profile Ambrosio Evolution rim if you're interested, its runs true, bearings and in perfect condition with rim tape.

+1 to Rik too, works a treat, Corima's front is an allen bolt fixing x 2 anyway
Have tub wheels to pass on fr & rear respoked on Campag hubs- rear is a road conversion spaced and dished out correctly- no lock ring shoulder though, but don't need that on on the track anyway.
PM if interested.
As per title, need to ditch my Q/R front...
