It might help clarify how this festival works to see the names of the bands that will be performing at each venue in the schedule, even if some times are still TBA.
So basically, at each venue a handful of bands are playing, the bands being a mix of locals and Pleasant Revolutionaries, right? And then in between venues, everyone gets on their bikes to ride to the next locale. Meanwhile a performer rides as a passenger on one of the bikes and plays through an FM-transmitting P/A.
