I should have said, click the photo's for more pictures.
Also, the Rick Powell stickers are just vinyl ones added on over the paint, and easily peel off.

Hi,
i am sadly selling my 1972 Raleigh Professional Track
seat tube 57cm c-c
top tube 56cm c-c
Its a lovely frame with a lot of history, attached is the Raleigh catalog from that year.
Rik Powell was a Raleigh Ti frame build, who i think also worked at Carlton and for Dave Marsh.
The frame has obviously been repainted at some point, but was originally blue (see the catalog) despite this frame being much better known for the lovely red and cream paint job (as seen on the first page of the bike porn thread or here).
The rear triangle and forks are chromed but have been painted over and some point chips have started to reveal the chrome underneath.
There is a small top tube dent, nothing structural.
Comes with shimano 600 headset.
Front is drilled for a brake (it wasn't me!)
£250
see below for turbo saddle
I am based in north london, but frequent the polo courts.
postage is possible.
thanks!
