Wanted: Touring stuff: rack, panniers, bottle cages, tent, sleeping bag, bike bag

I think everything I'm looking for is in the thread title

rack- rear, for frame mounts

panniers- rear pair, water-resistant or water-proof. bigger is better. £50 budget

bottle cages- 2

tent- 1/2 man, able to handle some rain, less than 2kg, £60-70 budget

sleeping bag- down-filled, rating not really important, but the ability to pack down tiny is. £30 budget

bike bag- the cinelli one, or something very similar, just a light, compactable cover, no padding needed
