I'm new here, live in the Karoo, South Africa. I'm a keen singlespeeder and restorer/fixer of old bikes. I came across your ad for the Rudge-Whitworth and thought you might be able to help. I have a RW frame (vintage approx. 1930's?)
I'm struggling with the bottom bracket, particularly as I don't know what thread it is. It seems too small (in diameter) to be a Raleigh 1.370" x 26tpi. Any idea what it might be?
That frame you had/have for sale is a beauty.
