I kinda like the slight bounce but when the seat post is that far up it's pretty flexy... Do you know the part no? I assume it's just a different version of the rubber stopper?

I put the extension like that and leave it there to avoid much messing around, I only want to mess with one height adjustment and don't want to accidentally raise the main seat post too high
