And the creativity/customability factor of creates, can be done just as easily with a second hand bike, but with a greater range.
I can definately reccomend Netherlands as an excellent source of bikes at strong prices, peter v, RIH, maryanne, zielman and a few others regularly have excellent bikes at strong prices.
