I really don't think they are. I held a set of On-One hubs and the Condor next to each other and they are def externaly different.
The flanges are actualy higher... bc I measured them for the spoke length and the seals on the bearings are different.
A nice touch is they have the no. of holes lazer etched on them...accept the 36h says 32h.
