Had this a while and was going to do a govner type build with it but it is a little small for me,nice lugs,and the only braze ons are for the rear brake cable very clean lines,original paint is in very good order with just some transfer residue ,
tange headset is nice and smooth frame is for 700c I recon it's either 501 0r 531.
