More specifically I get Postural Change Hypotension. Normally get it after I've done a hard training session, and stand up after a period sitting down. I almost black out for a few seconds and then recover.
Where it's more irritating is during track league. I'll do the first race, sit down, stand up to warm up for the next race and nearly black out. Not the best race prep !
Does anyone have any advice ? Been to my GP and he's told me it's nothing to worry about. I could of course stand up throughout the evening, but sometimes I want to sit down !
