631/531 db C / fast back stay tops, both chain and seat stay bridges (nock out chain stay for closer rear wheel if desired), SS cast lugs (polished with paint only on tubes - or full chrome on tubes if you can get it - or just rear tri - optional), investment cast 'dropouts' . make sure BB is high enough for manc. regs.
71/71 parallel head and seat tube, horizontal top tube, no oversize on tubes, headtube should be defined by keeping frame sqaure, as should seattube. toptube (this is the real defining measurement) should be short comfortable - but make sure no pedal overlap . 1" rake low down round section fork blades - old 50s style double parallel crown if you can get - definatley not cinelli style - get a real lugged crown of some sort.
stay should get rear wheel nice and close to the seat tube
