Non-original fork me thinks. Probably was built for a 24". Those forks aren't doing the geo any favours.

I have to make some room in my flat and decided to let go of my Vintage Tipo SR Fixed gear converted lo-pro... For a 40 years old frame, it's in absolute mint condition, and here's a list of what it comes with:
