  • @hobo, double your bodyweight for a proper squat (that a powerlifting judge would pass)

    Most feds accept fairly high squats from what I have seen. Plus deadlift should be significantly higher than squats, if its isnt it nearly always hints at poor depth on the squat.

    (not dissing hobo or anything) Im pretty close to 2xBW deadlift, but squat is only at 1.5xBW. Thats the typical ratio.
