an oversize downtube/top tube. deda eom or whatever the new tubeset is (zero replica?) or columbus spirit (not the keirin lugged tubeset) the deda shaped stays that rourke uses which are a triangular into round shape. 1'1/8 headtube tall enough to negate lots of spacers.
fillet brazed or tigged no lugs.
standard track geometry, no funny ideas about angles maybe slight angle to the TT o.k or even just a dropped TT depending on headtube length
