I went to a pub quiz at the Duke of Wellington on Balls Pond Road, locking my bike up on BPRoad as the racks at the pub were full.
Having locked my bike up in London for 18 months without any issues, I'd got a little slack, and wasn't removing my front wheel. So I had locked the frame and the front wheel.
When I returned everything not on the D Lock was gone:
Fuckers. So now I dont know what to do. My bike was a Felt F40 road bike.
Should I just replace these parts? I needed a new wheel set anyway... If so, is anyone selling appropriate parts?
Or should I convert the frame to a fixie and buy a new roadbike on Cycle to work scheme?
Just worried a brand new bike would be even more likely to get nicked than my last one!
