Now I've bought a set, but not ridden them, my 2p:
They're slightly heavier than on-one / formula.
Different looking sealed bearings.
Physicaly more refined, details etc.
Slightly higher flanges.
So in conclusion not the same externaly as on-one/fomula and prob not the same internaly.
