Have a look at the Bishop or Vanilla cycles websites and Flickr accounts for some inspiration.
For slightly simpler (but still beautiful) craftsmanship, why not check out Roberts, Mercian or Dave Yates.
Plenty of stuff out there, make it your own, not the forum's.

hi kc,
how about columbus genius, filleted with no lugs. mr goff isn't a million miles away and could make you a track bike without peer. colours for me at the moment are either classic flats or flamboyants, all deep, deep laquered. as for decals, if you make up your own designs he can get them vinyl'd.

an oversize downtube/top tube. deda eom or whatever the new tubeset is (zero replica?) or columbus spirit (not the keirin lugged tubeset) the deda shaped stays that rourke uses which are a triangular into round shape. 1'1/8 headtube tall enough to negate lots of spacers.
fillet brazed or tigged no lugs.
standard track geometry, no funny ideas about angles maybe slight angle to the TT o.k or even just a dropped TT depending on headtube length -

That hexagonal shit that Goff uses looks well noncey, but it's as stiff as hell
-
• #18
Pengy! It's been a while. I love you.

Yep, fillet should be stiffer, all other things equal. Definitely get a chainstay bridge in their too, to increase rear end stiffness.
If you get on with you Planet-X, why not base the geometry on that?

631/531 db C / fast back stay tops, both chain and seat stay bridges (nock out chain stay for closer rear wheel if desired), SS cast lugs (polished with paint only on tubes - or full chrome on tubes if you can get it - or just rear tri - optional), investment cast 'dropouts' . make sure BB is high enough for manc. regs.
71/71 parallel head and seat tube, horizontal top tube, no oversize on tubes, headtube should be defined by keeping frame sqaure, as should seattube. toptube (this is the real defining measurement) should be short comfortable - but make sure no pedal overlap . 1" rake low down round section fork blades - old 50s style double parallel crown if you can get - definatley not cinelli style - get a real lugged crown of some sort.
stay should get rear wheel nice and close to the seat tube
lugs: http://www.henryjames.com/1" steer for steel , threaded or ahead - probably threaded
