Me, too i had the same problem but i managed to get rid of the creak by screwing in the shell further on the left side...
that however caused em to get a cghain rattle which is not quite bad when i cycle...
ANyione know how to sort out the chain rattle?
Also does anyone do private repairs as i would to get someone to have a look the crank and possibly grease the bike and bearings etc?
Problem is i cant afford to pay 50 quid that they ask for basic service at cycle surgery!!

Hi, hope someone can help!
Had condor pista with miche bb, bb shells screwed in perfect. Could do it nearly all the way with fingers.
Now got an 90's Raleigh frame (501) that I stripped down but bb cup for Non-drive side wouldn't screw in all the way.
Took it to bricklanebikes where the bloke reamed and faced it and put a miche bb in. I then asked him to take out bb as didn't have the money to pay for it and later got it cheaper somewhere else... Other day I finally put bike together and non- drive side still really difficult to get all the way in, got it nearly all the way ( about 2mm out) put cranks on and rode it. Bike runs very smooth exept when I pedal hard it makes a loud creaking sound. Any ideas on what I should do?
Sorry for long message.
Thank you very much.
P.s I've looked at other post and I've tightened chainring bolts, crank bolts, bb, greased bb spindle.
