I don't know what the "official" plan is but...
You'll probably struggle to get all bikes on the same train, but trains are fairly regular between Oxford and Reading, and then trains between Reading and Paddington are every 10 mins or less so shouldn't be too much waiting for a train with space for bikes.
Sometimes the train staff are nice and will let you cram as many bikes on as will fit, but then sometimes you get the staff who wont take more bikes than there are allocated bike spaces.
I live in Oxford so won't be heading back to London. Those people also doing the Dorset Dash are welcome to come to my flat for a mound of pasta before we set off. Though it might be a little crowded if theres more than a couple of you!
