That's what I figured you meant. I think it's especially cringe worthy because my tattooist uses surgical spirit at the end. Never thought I'd be so grateful for vaseline afterwards before it gets wrapped.

I should have said dry wipedown, the wet wipedown at the end of lining or between colours is bliss.
The lass in that vid completely shut's up soon as the gun is off her arm though and doesn't even seem to notice the dry wipedown. I doubt she is even in pain, she just thinks she should be.+1 to all that is put there ^^^^^^

Got the sole of my foot tattooed last night. Very hungover today.
Isn't this supposed to be the most painful place on the body? There used to be some place that would do it for free if you could stand the pain.
This may be an urban myth however.Anyways young man, photos or it didn't happen. ;)

I seriously considered getting my first tattoo at the weekend in Amsterdam, saw some incredible art work - quite fancy something like the Uffington White Horse or similar, always feel something when I see recumbent landscape figures/earthwork art....I would imagine the Uffington would be quite a popular design for people though - fancied getting it so that the skin itself is the 'white' - what is this technique called?
