Right then.... the de-clutterfication of my life continues.
This is the thing i've struggled to bring myself to get rid of the most... My 14 Frame & forks.
I got it in Febuary last year, and it was, i believe, one of the first ones they sold, which obviously makes it much more bad-ass.
Its all fillet brazed Dedaccai tubing, with teardrop top & down tubes. Hand made by Lee Cooper in Coventry.
measurements are:
seat tube c-t-c... 54cm
top tube c-t-c.... 56cm
due to the sloping top tube, it rides like a 54cm square traditional geometry frame.... it takes 700's front and rear, and has a 1 inch threadless steerer.
It rides like a dream, and is stiff as hell.... i even got it out on the track a few times last season, and it was great fun, and as i just said, very, very stiff, almost on par with my alloy Pinarello.
I'ts just had a siezed seatpost rmoved by Ted, so its sat in 14 at the mo waiting to be re-powdercated, so when it comes back, it will be as new, shop condition.
the interesting bit is, as it hasn't been coated yet, the buyer can chose the colour they want from Armourtex's plethora of choices, or you could just have it re-coated in the same olive green..... i was planning on doing it in a dark british racing green, with a rainbow sparkle type thing.
i could also include the spare Keniesis Roadfoil aero forks, and i have a 1 inch threadless FSA Orbit X headset i could also be persuaded to throw in.
The aero forks have been powdercoated matt black, but i could also have them done to match the frame for a little extra.
These retail at 14 for around the £700 mark, depending on what options you go for, and have a wait of around 6 weeks, so here's your chance to jump the que!
