Thanks for the Goff tip off marxist, I've been doing some research on the tubing and it apparently its one up from 531c. The forks are 531SL too unlike bog the standard 531 forks you seem to get with 531c frames.

sarah, standover height is 84 cm from the ground to the top surface of the top tube.
