not yet ... I am running 65 and 70 ... and it hurts me, if I am riding for more than 30 minutes I am just not built for high cadence .. higher than 100 rpm .. I just get tired and can't do it, 60 RPM at some massive gear all day no problem.
I have been up a 16% with 70 GI and that is the only place where I would like lower than 70 GI ... I will be running 75 and 85 GI on my new bike one it is finished.
