Lance Armstrong, love him or hate him. don't make me find the link. has been seem brilliant banter on it. which i have been involved with in person this evening with shinscar and plum. neither of whom, quite rightly, could give a shit.
claus, i am being good. and am going to wait until this sunday before gently reintroducing myself to the saddle. that will be 2.5 weeks since shit zero for me.
riding bikes is simply the best thing. i will try to never again take it for granted.
