Oh yeah, the bike in the background was given to Cyclemagic, a bike charity in Liecester. It was made in 1933, so a museum piece!

It's not nice to say you want something and then not follow through; it puts off genuine people. Never mind though.

Awesome. My mum had one of these - in 1949! Rode all over England on it. I'd get it for her if she lived somewhere flatter.

Chris, if it's not gone I'll 100% have it for £75 and depends on where you are I'll pick up, please let me know either way
I have this beautiful, all original 1949 Raleigh Sports in full working order, ready to ride. It needs a new gear cable, which I can provide fitted to it, or if you want to keep it 100% original I will leave it as is.
Beautifully made, and very stately; eminently suitable for a girl who likes to wear nice clothes. Rod brakes, with a built in dynohub on the 3 speed back wheel, so you have working lights without needing to remember your batteries. Terry sprung oilcloth saddle. 20" frame. Lovely.
This is not a very good photo, but the bike is in much nicer condition than almost all of the other ones you'll find on Ebay. I want £85 for it, including postage. Make an offer if you like, and if you make me laugh I might say yes, you never know.
