also curious.... what kind of "jacket" is worn in the summer? just not sure what you're looking for. curious

well i dunno but i don't "cycle" in jeans. I "cycle" in lycra, and i ride around town in whatever pants i'm wearing.

I guess what i'm saying is that riding around town isn't difficult or complex and doesn't need any special gear.

i donno i guess people need somethign to obsess over.

not trying to make a scene here. just my thoughts.

I guess it's difficult to describe, but I'll have one more go.

I don't want a sporty looking jacket, so Nike etc are out.
I don't want to spend a fortune on Northface etc. and I still consider that sporty.
I want a casual looking, lightweight waterproof jacket that I can wear out and then home on my bike.
What kind of jacket is worn in the summer? A lightweight one. Summer nights in the UK are not warm so I'd want one to to go over a t-shirt.
