    You are either bending your knees slightly to make the Vastus lateralis look big or you have a strangely underdeveloped medialis. Probably from not squatting deeply enough or with poor form.

    I guess I am rotating feet outward to make thighs look bigger. I also regularly video my squats to check depth/technique.

    Plus, the pic is about 3 months old. They are actually a bit bigger now.
