Yeah, great stuff everyone - really enjoyed that. The great thing about that ride is that I can never use "it's too wet" as an excuse not to cycle again!
Good to meet everyone, and definitely up for the next one, when/wherever it may be.

Shit sound like it was good fun. I was hung over as predicted so I disidedto just stay and do the bad thing all day.

So I was chatting to a friend last night and got onto the subject of cycling...

friend: "A friend of mine was complaining that she was driving down the A13 and saw a bunch of cyclists going down it. They must be crazy"
me: "Was that a couple of weeks ago?"

OLD SCHOOL first ride to southend BUMP

I was just talking to Gus yesterday about how the forum rides back then used to get no more than a handful of riders. This ride was such a good laugh - remember VB getting his fingers stuck to a co2 canister? hehe
