just to clear up what people might be thinking, you dont actually swallow your tongue, its attached to the bottom of your mouth - in an unconscious state your tongue is relaxed and if lying on your back the tongue falls to the back of your mouth suffocating you, so if you ever knock someone out - make sure you roll them on their side before you run off
sounds like he took a dive off the bike and cracked his head and was unconscious resulting in him pissing himself and swallowing his tongue
