Looks like a good solution to the split frame problem but that belt line is waaaay off.
That will be off as soon as it's pedalled.
Edit: Upon second look, it doesn't actually look like a gates belt in which case my knowledge/experience of belt line and derailment may mean nothing.
If it was Gates the belt should be tight against the inner lip on the rear pulley.
