Seriously I don't get this - recently I've been properly exhausted all the time. But I've been eating properly, getting quite a bit of sleep.. I've slowed down on the bike too, if I eat a banana about an hour before I ride I'm ok but if I've not eaten recently I can feel incredibly sleepy and knackered and ride really really slowly. I've been overtaken by people who should never have overtaken me!
Also I go really really sleepy after meals. Ridiculously so.
Anyone want to diagnose me?
