Right, thinking someone on here might be able to help me out here.
After several fruitless visits to various emabassies and phonecalls both to Australia and the UK, my girlfriend is having real trouble finding out the details for her Visa application.
She's currently in the UK on a student visa that runs out at the end of September and wants to apply for the Points Based System - Tier 5 (Youth Mobility Scheme) Visa.
What we're trying to find out is, if she is able to go back to Australia and apply for her new visa, whilst her old one is still valid.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
