I see the players he signed improve over the season and he now has future greats. he just doesn't have the link between the team now and the first piece of silverware to get the ball rolling. but throwing money at it isn't the solution

You signed Malouda 3 seasons ago at 13.5 mill (more than any one of ours) and he did fuck all for 3 years, coming good at the tail end of this season, but that was all done to a management change
