The first one is a nice ish area but with a few kids, the second one is right next to a massive estate in PeckTown but empty.

Hey Joni your second link court I spotted too, it has a guttering most of the way round the edges which would be really annoying to have to pick the ball out of. Plus the area is a little unsavoury.
