Fixie Skidders - an elite group of London Cyclists formed in 2007 in Shoreditch; took part in the Great Battle of Trafalgar Square (April - October 2010) against the Commuter Coalition (Nodders, MTB&ATB League with some support or rogue Shoppers). Disbanded in Winter 2012 after its Tarck Brakless unit of suicidal skidders suffered great losses - the closure of its BLB headquaters combined with heavy frost ("Easts are dead"). Widely condemned by the Daily Mail. Some members found refuge in Argentina.
