I think some NJS frames are better than others. By better we're not really talking performance though. A 3Rensho or Nagasawa will have cost the rider quite a bit more than a Bridgestone or Panasonic. They're made by the one, highly skilled, guy in his little workshop rather than by a little troupe of not so skilled workers in a medium-sized factory.
