Endura's standard gooch pad is pretty good - as are the one's in dhb stuff on wiggle (though a bit thick for me when using a saddle with much padding) ... I've got a pair of 2 year old condor shorts which are actually amazingly comfy, was in there the other day and saw that they seem to have upgraded the pad to something a bit plusher..
Can't go wrong for 15 quid, got to say that non-bib lycra shorts really piss me off now though
