Anyone with an allotment?

Perfect, I need to brave a branch of Salamader or whatever Abbey National is called nowadays, so the nearest easy one to me is Victoria. 100 is more than enough, and I'd love to take some chillis, in return for a share of the peppers once they've grown? .

You can keep the chillis - I always go overboard with them and still haven't managed to finish off last years crop. Oddly enough because of the cold snap a few of the plants that didn't die in the snow (I forgot I'd left them out) have already flowered and are producing again.

And BCGis a big of a different fish & I think their "turn up and dig" approach works for some people and not others. It's still good for a stroll though and their summer veg is always good.

I liked BCG, I liked it a lot (and many of the people there) but the constant infighting was slightly depressing - I just got on with digging etc and tried not to get involved. I think things were changing by the time I moved away so it might be different.
