Pair of moody, world-owes-me-a-living chumps in there IMO. Took all my work there before I became a bit more competant at spannering, including a couple of £80-£100 full services for the ol' hybrid. Stopped going there after they wanted to charge me £12 for loosening a stuck bottom bracket. Say what you want about BLB but they did the same job for £2.

Yeah. Actually. When I said they were 'OK' I was reserving judgement. Seemed helpful enough to remove a freewheel for me, then charged me rather a lot as I needed various bits to finish a beater ... it all got a bit pricey for some mudguards and essentially not much more than a cable set and some random nuts and bolts that I needed.
