FAIL. If watching that is anything like watching the marathon around the wharf it'll be ace. Brilliant setting, and the suits will have gone home by then. Especially if the sun is out. Just pop to Waitrose, stock up on beer and you're sorted.
Plus I've always wanted to do a race on that loop. Being the wharf the tarmac is well smooth.
